Calibrating Assessments with Care

Just observed our people managers calibrate assessments of their direct reports under the facilitation of our chief people officer, Rebecca Braitling. The care that went into it from all involved was a privilege to observe. They are working towards a shared understanding of the capabilities and the proficiency levels they authored together. Care goes into observing behaviors, creating opportunity to demonstrate behaviors, and identifying ranges of behavior authentic to different cognitive styles and personalities.
